Tickets are sold on a first come first serve basis, therefore it is always advisable to book online and in advance.

For standard film showing, we operate an allocated seating system. Please ensure you sit in your allocated seat on arrival to ensure you are not taking up someone else’s place.

It is not only films that are classified with an age rating, but also the trailer is classified as an individual title in its own right, often before the age rating the film being advertised will be given. Films are often reclassified several times to a higher or lower age category by the BBFC and provide films in different versions, to countries and regions.

It is also common that a film trailer is produced suitable for different age rating classification that the actual film when finally released.  For example, a film that is an 18-age rating may have trailers produces suitable for a lower age range say a 15, and a 15 to a 12A etc, to try and promote the film to a bigger audience. 

Audiences actively choose to see a full-length feature film based on expectations of the particular genre, its age rating and the content advice for the film. In contrast, they have no choice about the accompanying trailers or advertisements that they see, and which may be very different in tone and content to the film the audience chose to watch. 

Potentially any film or trailer may contain content which may cause offence from; Dangerous behaviour; Discrimination; Drugs; Language; Nudity; Sex; Sexual Violence; Suicide and self-harm, threat and horror; violence.  Any of these could be offensive to individuals and this is personal to each person’s preference, tolerance, beliefs, personal experience and situation etc. 

Though we can’t easily and efficiently pinpoint each person’s preferences, we are happy to speak to any parent, guardian, carer or individual who may be concerned of the trailers shown, especially if they have a particular trigger or easily offended and more than happy for them to be seated in the auditorium after the trailers have been shown.

 

We take pride in offering a luxury cinematic experience for our customers, which means in some instances we can permit alcoholic beverages while viewing.

Our alcohol sales are restricted to certain films depending on the certificate, content and the time of day.

Please ask our team members about the current list of films you are able to enjoy an alcoholic beverage while viewing.

Our single use packaging for food and beverages has been specifically chosen to have the least impact on the environment. Our disposable cups, drinks containers and straws are made plant/vegetable extract rather than plastic, and is decomposable, which naturally breaks down within the environment. 

Reducing our waste, please separate glass bottles and cans and place in the recycling bins provide.

Where possible, we encourage all our customers to bring in their own cups and containers; by doing so, we will fill to the portion size served and you benefit by helping the environment, reducing landfill and receiving the product at a reduced price.

If a show sells out completely in advance, we will try to notify the customers via social media. Please make sure you follow our pages on Facebook/ Instagram.

During busy periods this may not be possible, so we would always recommend booking in advance to avoid any disappointment.

Some of our more popular showings, or cinema events, will mean that the cinema can be extremely busy. We would ask our customers to arrive in good time and be patient and listen to the staff instructions.

If you have booked your tickets in advance, you will still need to join the Kiosk queue to collect your tickets, but we would ask that you have your booking reference or QR code ready to enable us to find your booking as quickly as possible.
