Private Hire

We have a wide range of films available to book for a private screening. All films shown need to have a license granted by the distributor and a fee agreed for showing the film. Please allow for a minimum period of six weeks to enable the booking process.

You can also screen your own work. For this, we will require the film/content prior to your event to run a test through our systems.  The earlier we have the content to test the better just incase it needs to be supplied in a different format or their are issues with the quality of sound and picture. 

If you would like to arrange a group booking for a film that is currently on release in the public programme, please contact the box office.

Full prepayment for the film hire and licensing fees will be taken at the time of booking and are none refundable if cancelled.
